Malvah from rice shelves
Rice leaf has no nutritional value, but is much less fattening than Yemeni malwaah.
He gives us a great answer for breakfast or dinner especially now on Passover.
One serving = 90% meal 10
Serving tip :
Serve the malwaah hot rice with tomato paste and hard-boiled egg

2 round rice leaves
One organic egg
Spoon natural maple / honey
Half a glass of water
A little salt and black pepper

Mix the batter ingredients well in a wide bowl , which can also hold the diameter of the rice leaves .
Place in a bowl of rice page and turned it on both sides , so that it could catch it tastes .
Put another sheet on it and make sure it also absorbs the flavors .
Let the rice leaves soak in the batter for 3 minutes , to absorb flavors .
Heat a pan with a little oil in a cold press .
Take the 2 rice leaves together from the bowl .
Burn them together , 3 minutes on each side .
